Der Filmemacher Sašo Podgoršek begleitete die Amerikatournee der post-avantgardistischen slowenischen Gruppe Laibach im Jahr 2004 – zu jener Zeit als George W. Bush für eine zweite Amtsperiode bestätigt wurde. Das Material der Tour fängt die Atmosphäre direkt nach den Wahlen ein: Die Kommentare der amerikanischen Laibach-Fans sind unüberhörbar antikonservativ geprägt. – Laibach ist der musikalische Teil der Künstlervereinigung N.S.K. (Neue Slowenische Kunst), deren Mitglieder auf provokante Weise religiöse Symbole, Nazikunst und Sozialrealismus kombinieren, um totalitäre Ästhetiken brutal zu ironisieren. Die Markenzeichen sind exzessive Marschrhythmen und eingängige Fanfaren. Die Künstler vertreten die Überzeugung, dass aller kommunistischen, faschistischen und jeglicher nationalistischen Kunst derselbe Zweck eigen ist: die Lenkung der Massen.

The film captures the American tour of the Slovenian post-avant-garde group Laibach. The concerts took place in 2004, at the same time as the American Presidential elections, in which George W. Bush won his second term in office. The first of the fifteen concerts takes place in Washington a day after the election results are announced. Dark clouds cover the sky and it is raining. Podgoršek films in the United States at a time when it is waging a war in Afghanistan and Iraq and combating the world-wide threat of terrorism. These events are dividing the United States.
