Suck

Enemic Interior

After their demo tape released in early 2022 (and recently reissued on
vinyl) this Catalan band is back with 6 new tracks on this 7" in the
same vein as their debut: hearty songs with bleak and introspective
lyrics sung in Catalan, filled with bittersweet melodies that go deep.
Somber Punk with exquisite sensitivity that mingles with Post-Punk
without falling into any formula, showing nothing but excellent
songwriting skills in order to combine different elements and
influences of various sub-categories of punk creating something really
unique and very personal. It´s catchy, angry, gloomy, melodic, raw and
desperate. It´s ENEMIC INTERIOR.

Mala Herba

Based on traditional music, magic and demonology of Eastern Europe,
Mala Herba explores queerness and sex-positivity. Powerful, witchy
vocals are weaved into hypnotic beats, cold baselines, and romantic
synthesizer melodies. There's something gothic and dramatic to it but
nevertheless "this" makes you dance. Sometimes the melody cracks, the
voice becomes a magic spell and the song transforms into a noise
soundscape. But then the arpeggio kicks back in and your bones
resonate with the italo-disco inspired bass and rhythm. Since their
first gig in Vienna in 2017 and a debut art tape released by
TRANSFORMER, MH has extensively toured Europe, playing shows in
Austria, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Serbia, Croatia, and the
Czech Republic, including festivals like Pop Fest (AT), Bent Fest
(UK) and Tauron Nowa Muzyka (PL). In 2018, their tracks were featured
on compilations by DKA, Transformer, Saudade and Rusted Teeth Records.
Mala Herba is a member of Oramics, a Polish collective dedicated to
empowering women, non-binary and queer people in the electronic music
scene, and an independent booking agency. Holubowska is also a founder
and curated of Sounds Queer?, a flying feminist synthesizer
laboratory, which organizes workshops on electronic music and queer
sounds, performances, and concerts showcasing everything that's odd,
weird and queer.
