This time we are happy to announce amazing WICKED AND BONNY who are coming for the first time to Kapu with their massive BROTHERATION HI-FI SOUNDSYSTEM. Along with already familiar artists DUBBING SUN who made blasting evenings with their Soundsystem, here at Kapu, for Dub Issues#2 in 2017, Dub Issues #3 2018, Dub Issues #8 2020, and now they are here again, but this time we will be enjoying their freshly produced music on the Brotheration Hi-Fi Soundsystem!

WICKED AND BONNY
Sometimes Wicked, sometimes Bonny -
two words representing their own style of music!
Founded in 2015 - based in a studio in Schlanders, Bolzano. Roots Music, Rebel Music, Experimental Music. Straightbase riddims in a digital and raw analogue way, produced for a hectic touring schedule on the weekends. Rub-a-Dub style, endless delays, sirens and live effects!
They've been on the road ever since, playing over 400 club shows, Soundsystem sessions and festival stages across Europe. Wicked and Bonny is a touring live show: Maggu lays hands on the mixer and the FX, the MC`s Lookino "the lyrical Youth", Berise "the maddest MC on the Globe" and Paul "Wax Pirate" heat up the audience energetically.
The Wicked and Bonny Crew built a sound system called Botheration HiFi in the spring after their formation. They regularly host various sessions like "Sound the System", festivals in Bolzano and have been pushing the local underground music scene for almost 10 years now.
After releasing two albums, some singles, EP`s and various label collaborations, Wicked and Bonny Records was finally founded in 2021.
Wicked and Bonny is a protest in a joyful style - catch them on their road!

DUBBING SUN
DUBBING SUN SOUNDSYSTEM is rising up outta Carinthia, Austria. Originally founded & built by GERTZE , DUBVID and PUPA STRAV, later KOL.EE a.k.a. KING D joined the crew. The alpine blazing stars deliver real vibes from all over the world, a selection which is rooted in the Jamaican Reggae/Dub culture, blended with other bass music genres from nowadays and niced up by steppas self productions with adds of future sounds. In the last few years they had releases on labels like Lion Charge, Moonshine Recordings, Dubatriation, Green King Cuts, Sub Audio Records, WhoDem Sound, Dreadwise Music, BassComeSaveMe, Pressed Records, Dub Descendants, Archetype, Albion Collective as well as on their own label, Dubbing Sun Records and had collaborations with the likes of Digid, Full Dub, Lutan Fyah, Clinton Sly, Bunnington Judah and Addis Pablo.
