Doug Hammond, a known afro-american Jazz and blues musician from Florida known for his jazz, songs, spoken words and raps. Since 1988 he‘s been living directly in Linz. He‘s worked with Nina Simone and his compositions have been performed by popular musicians like Steve Coleman and many others.

Performing with him is the young and talented afro-french contrabassist Sélène Saint-Aimé. She also studied with the known saxophonist Steve Coleman and is now based in Paris. She spent some time traveling the world and learning about different cultures in countries like Italy, Cuba, North Africa, Spain and the USA.
